TERMS OF SERVICE — BYND MORROW

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed with BYND MORROW, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands.

2. Applicability
By placing an order on the BYND MORROW website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
3. Products & Information
We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings or production differences. Minor variations are considered normal and do not affect product quality.
4. Prices & Payments
All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
5. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and you have received an order confirmation email.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from the Netherlands.
Estimated delivery times:
• The Netherlands: 1 business day
• Belgium: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. BYND MORROW is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address details.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of receiving their order.
Conditions for returns:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Return requests must be made within 30 days
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once the return is approved, instructions will be provided.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
9. Liability
BYND MORROW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
10. Force Majeure
BYND MORROW is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, transport issues, or governmental actions.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, texts, and content on the BYND MORROW website are the intellectual property of BYND MORROW and may not be used without permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law.
